Sometimes the teen years can be the toughest. The issues of sexual health, relationships, self esteem and your rights can all seem daunting. Questions, problems and total embarrassment may crop up and it can be difficult to ask for help or advice or you may not know who to ask or where to go. However you do not have to cope with it all on your own. Dumfries and Galloway’s Sexual Health Services are committed to offering a confidential, non-judgemental service to young people.
This website will offer you straightforward, non-judgemental information exactly as it is.The Sexual Health Services provide run C2U Drop in Health Clinics in every town in Dumfries and Galloway with a secondary school. Young people can get contraception, emergency contraception, infection screening and advice and information on health and relationship problems from specialist staff. In partnership with youth organisations, we also run the C4U free condom scheme for the under 20s.

We offer a confidential service including information, counselling, and advice on sexual health, contraception pregnancy testing and the morning after pill (emergency contraception).
